I promise, I'll post something here soon about past, present, and future releases of xdelta. I have a bunch of brand-new code to implement RFC 3284 sitting on my hard-drive. When will I have time to finish it? Until then, I have a personal blog. BTW: I work at Google, they keep me busy.
